Delivery Week

I am looking for a NER that calculates delivery week. I called JDE they do not have a Business Function or NER. Microsoft calulates it nicely on there calendar. Our French office doesn`t put a delivery date on the R42565, they put the delivery week. So I am looking for a NER that calculates Delivery Week using a input date variable.
