hi fellow JDEian,
I am currently working on the improvement of reclassing CWIP to FA without using the conventional way of posting entries through GL. The purpose of this improvement is to setup a CWIP under a FA range account where any PO or receiving will be charge to this account and user can just use the unposted entries in FA to post te entries into FA & GL and this will follow by asset transfer to an asset account. Sorry for the long details, i'm a novice for JDE so appreciate your valueable input on whether this can be done and the steps to be taken to allow this. thanks a bunch.
