Customer Sales Updation Problem

Working on JDE OneWorld Xe.

Customer sales were not getting updated so I updated manually. Though it has got updated it is showing me double amount in my customer ledger.

Could you explain more detailed with "Customer sales were not getting updated"? Do you have any problems with R42800? And how did you update it manually?

Can you give us some more information? What do you mean by sales were not getting updated? What status are your orders stopping at when they run through your nightly batch?

The only time I have seen orders "double" in the customer ledger is when they have done a "roll back". Basically, they went through sales update, a custom UBE rolled the status back in error, then they went through again.
