Custom Paper Size

Hello List,

I'm trying to print a report in a custom defined paper type, but the PDF generated keeps coming out in A4 size.

I took the following steps:
1° I defined my report with a custom size in print setup (50mm by 70mm). This option did not work. I created a new version and doublechecked if version had same settings as UBE.

2° I defined a new paper type through P98616 (F986162) and attached this as the default paper type for my printer.
In RDA in print setup I chose this new paper type. Re-created batch version, but also not the expected result.

What am I overlooking to get my PDF to print in the desired custom paper size ?

Welcome to the List.

Here is a thought. If you are running your report locally, the paper definition may be being overiden by the paper size on your default printer on the fat client.
