Custom Applications

The FDA of Custom Applications shows a blank form, with the following message..
" FDATEXT id<0> not found."

The base Applications are opening but do not run. Why is this happening? Could anyone please help me fix these problems??

The spec files seem to have been corrupted somehow. The only option was to reinstall JDE. It was a DEMO though. I was wondering what is done when the same happens in a big company??
 
Same happens / Same option - RE-install ... regardless the company size :)
