Creating XML Documents?

Hi All,
I am looking for information on creating XML Documents on OW.
Basically we need to create a XML Document from a Purchase Order, then read it by a POS System.
Has anyone actually done it?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

If you look into JD Edwards online guide for Interoperability, chapter 8, there is some information on working with XML documents. Hope this helps....
