Creating a CSV output from Columnar report

Hi,

I am looking to create a CSV file from a columnar report.

I have set the spacing to 52 but can not align my data to the grid as this is a columnar section.

Any idea how can I do this?

A gentleman told me that there is a white paper
"ott-00-0047 Formatting a Report to Export to CSV" white paper under Solution ID 200783480 at peoplesoft connections, could not get this document as this requires a username and password. Can somebody post it on the list for me?
