Contact & phone info not on acct Status

Hello List

I am using Account Status (Application P03B218 and
Form W03B218C) in OW Accounts Receivable XE.

There is a spot for Contact and Prefi- Phone Number,
it does not seem to be updated, it is blank.
I ran the Update AR from Address Book report, it did
not update the field.

Have anyone experienced this?
PS.. The whole address Book had been converted to
OneWorld from a Legacy System. I am not sure if the Z
process was used on the conversion.

Can anyone provide some guidance on where this form
(W03B218C) is pulling the Contact information?
Why is it that my system is not able to pull the info.

Ulrick,

Those fields are populated from the Who's Who in the Address Book. You need to set the Type Code for the appropriate contact to "B" (Billing), then enter a phone number for that contact. The data will then appear in P03B218.
