Complex report structure- Applicant F08401 and F00092

I need to do a report as shown in attachment "1.Expected.pdf.". Is it possible to format like this ? I am using E1 8.12 and Tools release 8.96.40.
I know, I can do the same report as shown in attachment "2.Doable.pdf", but my client need it in the first format.

Can you please suggest some techniques ?

Yes, you can format your report this way using the E1 Report writer. Shouldn't be a problem at all. I wouldn't do the 2nd format at all. The users will complain.

Getting some training documentation would be the best thing for you.

Data from the first section is fetched, but make the section invisible. Put them into report global variables. Call (or join to) the second section.

In the second section, put all the fields, including the report globals. Mark the globals to print only on change.

I accomplished the task in the following way.
I did a fetch from F08401.
Used while loop to concatenate the "Degrees" and "Employment Records".
