E9.2 Clear hard commitments

Yesterday I cancelled an order that was in status 578, but items stayed on SO hard commitment.

No one knows how to take them back, I already created a dummy order and ran repost active sales orders but nothing happened.

what should we do?

This is not my area of expertise so a BA or someone else with a similar role may need to correct me. But I think you need to look into the Sales Order Repost UBE (and possibly other repost jobs). For a variety of reasons the perpetual inventory will often get out of sync or contain errors like the one you encountered and these repost jobs should correct things like this. We run it on a periodic schedule.
