When running the latest windows update for patches and security fixes, make sure you do not install the update rollup 1 for windows service pack 4, if you do it could keep your users from being able to connect to EnterpriseOne thin client and/or other citrix published applications. We encountered this over the weekend. The registry hack works perfectly well however. If you get the issue, its not 100% apparent whether its the server or certain clients - but when we researched the citrix website we found the information you posted.

All citrix users should know about this in case it hits them. Its an easy fix.
