Checklist on work orders

We would like to have a "live" checklist on some of our PM work orders that people can check off as they go through the steps. We are currently attaching an word document through OLE, but I don't think this is the best solution. Does anyone know of another way to do this?

If your list is fairly simple (no fancy formatting), you could just enter it in as a text attachment, which could then print on the WO -- if that's what you're looking for.

You can also use "messages". You include a message code in the work order. That code is linked to a set of instructions that you list in P00191. This list of instructions will print on the work order...I'm not sure it's possible to view the list online, however.
