hi
My English is poor but can we understand.
JDE version 9.0

I am writing a program where a one format will serve import the data from the MS Excel file. I would like to import this data at once were checked whether they appear in the table F03B11. If yes, Save it to the table F5500300, if they are not, let it show up in red colour. When I click OK in writing to F5500300 to be ignored and not saved. I can not really deal with it. Can we help me?

Hi a_walerczak,
I suggest you adopt the "baby steps" tactics in order to strategically bring (and validate) foreign data inbound E1.
1. First you bring it in the grid.
2. Next, you validate what_looks_to_be_a_bunch_of invoices, with a "Validate" (or Accept) button.
Note - You can automagically have the record selected (use a check mark on the row header) when the fetch in F03B11 is successful.
3. Yes, when you click OK, the row header check mark signals the record can be successfully inserted into your F55xxxx.
Show us what your Form & Code loooks like, and we may be able to assist.
PS Please attach your system information (see mine).

Hi,

Have you tried checking out JDE's standard interoperability in A/R?

Interface Table (Z table)
F03B11Z1, F0911Z1, F0911Z1T

Input Subsystem Batch Process
R03B11Z1I

Input Processor Batch Process
R03B11Z1I - ZJDE0001

Revisions Program
P03B11Z1

Purge Batch Process
R03B11Z1P

It might give you another perspective on how to tackle your issue with validating inbound invoice data...
