Changing Pay Instrument via WW

Good day! We have this problem in our JDE. Our user runs a WW to Global update the pay instrument but the job cant be perform because an error "Receiver value is too small to hold the result." What could possibly go wrong? Our users have been using these WW version for such a long time now with no errors encountered until this error shows. Any help would be gladly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Check the WW for the output field sizes to verify that they
are the same size as what the JDE file says it should be. We had a
similar problem a couple of weeks ago and found that someone had changed
the address book output in the WW to 6 from its original size of 8.
Once we changed it back in the WW to be 8 it worked just fine.

Re: RE: Changing Pay Instrument via WW

Val,

Thank you very much for your reply, but I already checked the sizes of all the output fields. They have the same sizes that of the JDE files. Does it has to do with objects/library authorizations? I attached the error message shown in the joblog. You may refer to it. Thanks :>

Hi

The pay instrument is a one character field. Chech the update line that
it has quotes like 'P' or whaever the code is.
If you are still having the problem, then try to recreate the WW, as WW
do get corrupt.

Many Thanks
