Maybe I should have posted this with the Functional Group, but I think we have a better grasp on the 'why' than they might?
Recently, Company 'V' change its Fiscal Pattern to match that of the other companies within its organization. It went from July-June pattern to January-December (like most of the world).
Apparently, something got missed somewhere.... When reporting for this year, Period 1 is still July....
They did a short year, closed out in December like they were supposed to, updated the Fiscal Patterns Begin/End Dates for each period and exclaim everything has been done to the T.
One gotcha - in Company Constants, they are still on Fiscal Pattern A (F83110) - which is the 6-month offset'd year. If I change that to R (normal year) - Wouldn't that screw up reporting for the periods of previous years?
OK - help, what might have been missed?
