Is anyone currently using Case Management? I am unable to find out much of anything (excluding the documentation on the Oracle support site). We want to know if it is worth further investigation. I know this is a vague question, but if anyone would be willing to provide some insight (off-line through a follow up call) it would be greatly appreciated.
