Calculation Cummulative Yield in Routing

How can we differentiate between Planned yield(Routing) & Percent Scrap(BOM)?
How we calculate cumulative yield for a work center ? If Planned yield is 96.00, Percent scrap of item is 13.08, what will be the cumulative yield?
 
We define planned yield in routing steps. It should be calculated in reverse manner for cumulative yield. last planned yield = last cumulative. for next multiply planned with cumulative.

formula for calculating scrap is (100/ cumulative %)-100
