Budget Calculations

Newbie here. Just wondering if there is an online source for the logic/calculations of the Budget and Commitment amounts (i.e. OBA, RBA, TOTC, EAC). I am exporting data from table F0902 and can see the period figures (GBAN01 to GBAN14) but am missing the logic to calculate the actual totals.
Your help is greatly appreciated,

To get the commitment amount from the F0902, select the PA ledger types, and add GBAN01 thru GBAN14 plus GBAPYC, to get anything carried over from the prior year. I have never found anything on line for complete and accurate calculations on encumbrances. Even asking PSFT for assistance, they will give you inaccurate information. And I don’t know about the budget calcs.
