Hi list...

I'm installing XE using 2 servers apart from my production servers for
migration and ESU/SP's aplication test...Is it possible to have the 4
servers (production and test servers) attached to the same network without
any conflict? or is better to have the test servers out of the network?

Thank´s

OW B73.3.2 SP 10.1 / NT 4.0 Sp 6a/ SQL 7.0

We have a test server and a live server on the same network with no problem,
I do not see that doubling up should be a problem.

We have even run servers on different versions of OneWorld with no issues.

Client - Citrix TSE + 4 NT PC's for development

Ricardo,
you can install 4 or as many OW-servers as you want in one network. You can even install B7332 and OW on the same server. Each Release (cume level) uses it´s own TCP port.

I you are anticipating heavy network traffic in your tests you might consider seperate networks. However, if you want to migrate B7332 to Xe, the servers need to talk to each other.

Good luck, Gerd
