APPLVER error

APPLVER(application version) are not moving to next status i.e from 21 to 26

In logging it is showing as

"OMW Object type APPLVER. Object ID P550411S|TEST123 transfer failed"

All other objects and UBE versions are promoting to next status successfully...It is only problem with Application versions

APPL version is not same as UBE version which need to build package, transafer .... to be in PD. Create it (APPL version) in DV you may see it in PY and PD.

What are the errors in the OMW logs?

presently i dont have access to client system...it is busy with some other issue..
