AIX 4.3.3 & Oracle 8.1.6/8.17

Anyone have any idea what the highest OneWorld Xe Service Pack is that (1) Supports AIX 4.3.3 and Oracle 8.1.6 and/or (2) Supports AIX 4.3.3 and Oracle 8.1.7.

If anyone's using AIX 4.3.3 and Oracle can you let me know your system config? (OneWorld SP, Oracle Release, etc.)

We're using SP22_W1 on AIX 4.3.3/Oracle 8.1.7.4 with no problems.=0D=0A=0D=0A

We are on:

PSE1/JDE: Xe 7333 Update 6 SP23_G1
AIX: 4.3.3.0
Oracle: 8.1.7.4.0

No real problems.

was AIX 4.3.3 ever tested by PSFT/JDE with SP22/SP23 or did you just try it? Would you happen to have any of those old GSSFT tech flashes that said what was support with what?

I'm not sure if PSFT/JDE tested it or not. We tested it ourselves, though we had PSFT consultants work with us doing the SP23 (from SP22) upgrade. We don't have any documentation specifying support or non support of AIX 4.3.3.0/Oracle 8.1.7.4 and SP23.
