Address Book - Mailing tab

I want to spec a report that includes the mailing address from the Address Book. The F0101 table does not have these fields. Would some one let me know which table has fields MLNM, ADD1, ADD2 etc? Is there a business view that includes all this info?

Mailing name should be in F0111. The address should be in F0116. V0101JD may meet your needs.

If there are multiple effective dated addresses in F0116, make certain that the BSVW pulls the only the current address, not the previous and future ones.
