Good Day Everybody,
After I ran R03B16A to refresh the A/R Statistics, the amounts displayed in P03B16 are not the exact sum of the Gross Amount for the documents in F03B11 (displayed in the Customer Ledger P03B2002) for the corresponding month.
This happens in almost 10 % of the cases. In some cases I have been able to identify the Documents to which the variance amount pertains. I found nothing wrong with those documents, i.e., RPPOSt is equal 'D', TPISTC is blank, RPAN8 is valid as the Customer Number. In my comparison, I have excluded RU Document Type in F03B11.
Did any of you face a similar incident before ??
I have extracted some data which I can upload to support the case.
