Greetings, we have an audit request from the state of California for copies of 1099s for 2012 for suppliers we paid that are in California. There does not appear to be a way to do that in JDE.
We use the AP method and currently the F045143 has the 1099 data from 2012, so we could just reprint the 1099s, or run a proof report, or a facsimile but that would print all 1099s from last year. There is a State field in F045143 but it is blank for all records, and reviewing the logic of R04514FP when it does an insert to F045143 it does not populate the state field.
Has anyone had this request or any suggestions on how to deal with this?
We are on E1 9.0.
