Security Server error: eSecUnknownUser: E811

We have just installed EnterpriseOne 8.11 Deployment, Enterprise and JAS servers with MSSQL Server 2000 database.
Lately it started giving error stating that "Security Server returned error: eSecUnknownUser: User Unknown
". Could someone let us know the number of DSN's created and their configurations.
DS: Win2000 Advanced Server/MDAC 2.8/MSDE/.NET 2003
ES: Win2000 Advanced Server/MDAC 2.8/MSDE/.NET 2003
JAS(on DS):WebSphere 5.0.2/JDK 1.3/IBM HTTP Administration 1.3.26/IBM HTTP Server 1.3.26
MSSQL Server 2000 (on ES)

have you created a proxy security user

Hi Nick

About 'proxy security user'.. we have a system based user, and have user id's (created in P0092)mapped onto the system user. All worked fine, until lately, when all of a sudden it started throwing up the sign in error in E1 8.11

"Security Server returned error: eSecUnknownUser: User Unknown"

Has anyone faced such an issue in the past?. Any kind of help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
