Good evening,
Oracle will be deprecating the use of Userid and Password, when explicitly referenced in a call of RUNUBE. Consequently we will need to move the User ID and Password to a Txt file on the iSeries. Issue: in my testing I receive the ‘jdeSecGetExtendedTokenByPwd’ error when the RUNUBE is executed from the command line. I have setup the User Id and Password within a STMF file in the IFS and am explicitly referencing the path in the RUNUBE call. The authority on the IFS dir and file are ok. This same User ID and Password work just fine with the RUNUBE command when they are explicitly placed in the RUNUBE parms (user id, password).
iSeries v6, E1 9.0
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks...
