Shine,
If you are using Terminal Server home drives for your Citrix users, you can redirect the printqueue by adding "OutputDirectory={TSHOME}:\" in the [NETWORK QUEUE SETTINGS] section of the JDE.ini. See JDE case below...

UBE Output Directory
Details: ott-99-0079
Title: UBE Output Directory
---------------------------
Abstract: Describes a jde.ini setting that will allow control to the location where PDF files are stored from UBE reports run either Locally or on the Server.
The default location for PDF files when running UBE reports locally on the workstation is the b7 or b9 \PrintQueue directory. However, this path can be modified if desired. There is a jde.ini setting that will allow you to change which directory the UBE output files go to on the local machine. or enterprise server.
Enter the below into the client/server JDE.INI file to redirect the output to a different directory . The directory 'output' is just an example. You can specify whatever directory name you choose.
[NETWORK QUEUE SETTINGS]
OutputDirectory=c:\output
With the above setting, the system will create the PrintQueue directory under the "output" directory and put the PDF files, created when UBEs are run locally, in it. In this example, PDF files will be created in the "c:\output\printqueue" directory.
