We are experiencing commit failures in our system under the following
conditions:
1. Purchase Order receipt p4312 not updating f4111 and f41021 and
receipt file ?? consistently. This happens periodically. I can create at
will by doing a two line purchase order. Line 1 with a part and line 2
with a "T" line. When receiving we call the R43512 automatically and it
appears all is fine until after about a minute or so then the commit
failure. Inventory F41021 gets updated go back to receive and it is still
there to receive again.
2. Cannot reverse a purchase order receipt .
3. Cannot change a supplier in header revisions after a purchase order is
entered it appears to stick and then the commit failure go back in and
change did not stick.
4. Cannot edit a purchase order that has been created via P43060.
This seems to have started after SP14. Furthermore we have applied as known
ESU's related to this issue. Support line even had us rebuild the tables as
they believe some fields may now be missing (?). Nothing has worked so far.
