Hello,
We have just installed Crystal Reports Enterprise XI R2 on a new server and cannot get the tab for the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne authentication to be available for configuration. It stays grayed out all the time.
I have found a couple of solutions stating to make sure that the JAR files from the Tools Release are placed in the jar dir for the integration kit install. Which I have done, but it has not helped. These same JAR files work fine with a local install of the professional version of the product.
Some system related info for this particular install:
AS400 V5R4 (JDE Backend)
8.11 SP1
TR 8.98.3.1
Crystal Reports Enterprise XI R2 (mySQL DB, Apache Tomcat)
Any help would greatly be appreciated!
