Andy,
Since you have reloaded the latest full and update packages I would venture
a guess that it may be user profile related. Do some of the users on this
'box' function correctly on other boxes? I would test that if you haven't
already. Also, you may want to ensure that all Citrix configuration
matches and that the JDE.INI in the ntsrv (or whatever you named it)
directory matches one of the servers that works correctly.
Just my 2 cents worth.
Thanks,
James

I have a weird problem that is only happening on 1 (of 5) terminal servers
in our Citrix farm. When some users run AP or AR reports, they are
sometimes unable to set the right operand in the data selection. It
happens on random reports to random users at random intervals (thus I have
not been able to retrieve any logs). All other servers process normally.
I have reloaded the last full and update package, but the problem still
occurs. I have been unable to relicate the issue myself, with test user
accounts.Has anyone ever had a problem like this? Thanks,AndyXe, UNIX
