Track Changes to Address Book

First of all if this question has been answered a dozen times already I apologize. Please forgive me. I wasn't able to find my answer with the search.

I must explain first that I am the epitome of a newbie.

I have been asked to write a report that will list by address number by date range: field name, value before update, value after update, changed by, and date changed.

Any ideas as to where I should start? I am currently looking at F0101Z2 trying to figure out which of each pair of records represents before and after.

I am also wondering if there is a report that I need to run to populate this table?

Any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated!

There is a document on Knowledge Garden that deal with Address Book audits. I believe that it's under the Support/...(don't remember)/Knowledge Broker.
