R42800 Sales Update

We stack up Sales Update to run immediately after Invoicing completes on our nightly run. The problem we are having, Sales update is not updating everything. For example: Last night it processed 180 pages, but left over 100 sales orders at a status of 620 (Ready for Sales Update). We re-submit it and it will capture the rest.

Has anyone ran into this problem, If so please HELP!!

Is all your Invoicing and Sales Update running in the same job queue on the
AS/400 ? If so, then this should work. But since this is the AS/400, you
may have multiple queues. Try scheduling a job on the AS/400 to display
your job queues, at the time of your nightly run, to make sure the Sales
Update is the last thing running................................

Hi There!

We experienced similar issues (Sales Updated submitted by scheduler did not procdess all records) and it turned out that someone had submitted R42800 manually (same version as the one specified in job scheduler) and had changed the data selection.
This meant that the version on the server did not pick up all the SO detail lines as the version on the server now included the manual data selection.
This was fixed by resubmitting the specifications to the server and creating a new version of Sales Update for manual submissions.

We are running this on the 400 and the jobs are in a single thread job queue. When we look at the job log on the 400, it shows invoicing has completed before sales update completes.

Also, The versions has been built and deployed to the 400, so what is on my machine matches what is on the 400.
