Print Invoice with XML BI Publisher

Hi all,
we're going to create a Template of Invoice with XML BI Publisher. I've some problem with the layout.
One of these is the break page: I don't know how to decide to do the break of the page when the body of the invoice (list of item, description, message etc.) is long and for example in the first page there are all the items and in the second only the footer of the invoice with the totals.
It would be right to print some rows in the first page and the others in the second.

Another problem is the number of page. Is it possible to create a number as 1.3 then 2.3 and 3.3. Or if possible to insert at the end of the first page 'follows'?

If you are still pursuing the solution I am attaching a RTF for R42565 (invoice print) for your reference.
Rename it to *.rtf and use it. Some value of customized and added, you can just delete them to fit pristine R42565.
