E812 or 9.0 Enterprise Server Installation

We all know how archaic the Metalink (or My Oracle Support) documentation can be at times. I need to fresh install a new node for a cluster environment, mainly the Enterprise server. I have the download packs, 1 through 6, from the e-delivery site but I'm looking for some quick, and hopefully less painful documentation on running the installer and configuring the enterprise server. This is a failover server, so I just need the logic portion to be setup.

Anything will be helpful! Unfortunately, we had a consultant install the E1 server so I have no initial installation step-by-steps.

do you have server manager setup? It does deployments of Logic (Enterprise Servers). It assumes you have the SM client installed, the MTRs for a Logic Server (C++ compilier and ODBC native client if you are using MSSQL)
