Hi all, Can some1 help me. I want to disable standard Menus for my users. like hiding/disabling EnterpriseOne Menus, Mobile Sales Menus, Power User Tasks etc

You need to S E C U R E them
They are not menus
they are task views and they can be accessed (revised) from the Work With Tasks form exit "Task Views".
After you turn the "Secure Task View" checkbox on, you create "A" type record(s) in Security Workbench.
First you create the *PUBLIC record that shall have the "Security" radio button on Menu Filtering. Now nobody can see it.
Next, you may choose to create a record for a role that you WANT to see the task view; add it and turn on the "View" or "Change" radio button.

I am not able to get the same result in 8.12. Do you know how it needs to be done in 8.12

If you read at the bottom of my posts ... not that bottom - the other bottom ... you would notice I AM ON 8.12 TOO.
