Media Object text not saving on ADD only on UPDATE

Hello there

I have a Fix Inspect that I want users to add MO text onto.
I've noticed that the text never saves on the ADD of a new record but only on the UPDATE of existing ones. Here it works fine

Has anyone encountered this and what did they do to fix it?

Could it be my local host jas sever settings and if so what should be set to?

I haven't worked with this for some time, (hopefully I understand your situation) but the MO text attachement needs to attach to an existing record (eg document). Therefore the record needs to added and then the MO text attached to it.

When writing/saving the MO text attachment, the record (to which the MO text is attached) identification information is also saved with the MO text. If the record does not exist then the identification information won't be valid and the MO text won't save.
