question regarding supported Visual C versions

Does anybody know what version of Visual C JDE will support? We're using E810 revision 310, tools release 6.30 on an iSeries platform. Our fat clients were upgraded to Microsoft Office 2007 and now our old version of Visual C++ (6.0) doesn't work anymore? Any suggestions would be much obliged.

What do you mean by "doesn't work anymore"? Did you try building a vanilla bsfn?
PS We have updated our 810 fat clients to Office 2007, too, but the compiler VC6.0 did not stop working

when i try and open up a source file, any .c file, Visual C++ poops out and give me the annoying error screen and then closes on me ("Microsoft Developer Studio has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience...."). I've attached the screen shot.

No worries, I just re-installed Visual C++ 6.0 and applied a service pack, all is well again....
