I suppose, you can use B0800208 "Convert String Date to Date Format" to accomplish this task.

Sunil's old post (Post# 8131) states, that the Definition of the Format Mask is available in Published API's.

i think you should be able to use N3401570 - Convert Date to Julian Format.
