We want to start charging for lab fees. Probably a fixed per day rate of $300. We would invoice the customer, in most cases on an invoice also charging for the custom product developed by the lab. I am leaning toward setting up a non-inventory item 'Lab Fee' so that fees can be entered into the pricing system. But I don't see any code in World item master for a service rather than a thing. I am sure World is being used by service providers. Can any provide me a guideline for setting up a fee?
