Print Immediate Problem

Our Citrix users have been having problems with the print immediate feature. They select the print immediate option from the Advanced tab while running their UBE from Citrix and it fails about one in every 30-40 attempts. Would anyone know what might be the problem?

Check you Citrix Servers Application Event logs and see if it is recording an error.
 
The log doesn't have anything in it. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
