When trying to print from a JD Edwards Citrix Xp thin client to a printer which is not defined on our primary Windows 2000 domain server but is defined on an alternate server on the same LAN as the client, the printout does not print the output and there is no error message.
If printer is set up on primary domain server, clients can print to it on from any location on the WAN.
Has anyone had this issue?
