Workflow Processes showing UTC time

Can someone tell me where to change the value so that when I look at the Workflow Process Monitor, the time stamps are displaying in UTC time. This is causing confusion when trying to troubleshoot workflow issues. Then again, maybe this is causing those issues!? Thanks.

As far as I'm aware, time stamps, in general, are taken from the time on the server or client used. There may be a few exceptions, but I can't think of any at the moment.
 
If your servers are running on Win64, there was a Java bug causing this, so you may just need an upgrade to your Java...
 
Maybe a long shot - check the time zone setting in your user profiles - default is UTC.

I saw the create issues in the F4211 awhile ago
 
Our portal server for employee self service where these workflows are being initiated are running on Win64. I'll check the Java version issue.
