How do I determine my exact service pack level?

I'm investigating some MTR's for a potential windows server OS upgrade that say I will need to be on at least SP23_R1. When I do a help/about from the client it says I'm on "23". Does this mean I'm on the original SP23 before any revisions or do I need to look elsewhere in the system to find out exactly what revision of SP23 I'm on?

Go into your B7/System/Bin32 directory and open the ptf.log file. That will show you the exact level you are on.
