E811 SP1 / 8.95 Standalone - Bad Performance

Having finally completed the SP1 standalone installation process on a few PCs last week, we are now finding it very frustrating to navigate - performance is shocking, even after the initial time through the screen after the web jitis.

We're on chunky PCs that meet the MTRs.
We have 'System Restore' off
We have excluded the 'C:\E811' directory in the On-Access virus scan.

Any clever suggestions?

NB - if you're struggling to install the standalone - uninstall everything related to the non SP1 E811 installation - get the E811 SP1 (Not E811 - Demo no longer using websphere in SP1) installation instructions from the KG and start again - it's much quicker and cleaner than troubleshooting! The expected errors are explained.

we have loaded 8.11 sp1 standalone, and a lot smoother than previous 8.11 =20standalone release.

would you be able to forward document oracle sent you. our performance i s also not great.

The Oracle suggestion seemed to make a little difference. Also, once you've started up your windows client, you can launch the webgen application to webgen everything in one.
