Upgrade to 8.11 merge question

Have a colleague that upgraded from 8.0 to 8.11 and I guess during merge of their objects all their custom objects that had hard coded list of values got messed up. if you look at the ER you see the list of values but if you go into the line to select the values it only maintained 1 (the first) value, you have to go back and manually ass the other values.

Has anyone noticed this, is this a JDE migration bug or do you think that something was left out when setting up the merge options.
