I have an application (56 modified) which has two values which are stored as a UDC (product code=56 UDC =PI). The values in this UDC need to be changed occaionally (they refer to payment terms) by specific users only. The problem arises that I cannnot use conventional security measures to secure out only those product and UDC codes as our system uses Inclusive Security and if I secure a user to see only those codes the others are barred from use and the system crashes (it need to access the other codes to function correctly). Can I modify the UDC application (P0004A) so that when this user runs the new UDC app it will automatically fill in the values into the Procduct and UDC code and grey them them out to stop further access, any suggestions on this matter?
