I can\'t apply any ESU on Deploy Server

Hi list,

I am trying to install an ESU on Deploymnet Server, but the computer locks and appears an error on screen:

jdecgrt: Unable to retrive Business View Information - Application P98413

Someone knows this error??

PS. I don't have remote softwares installed on this machine and I'm not using the buttons on the top of the screen.

I've seen a similar error before. Are you sure you are applying the ESU in the PLANNER environment?
