Adding a link to HTML client Menus

On the fat client, using a Windows Menu option, we added a menu option that directs the user to a web page. This option, however, does not show on the HTML Client because it's forced at 'C' Client only.

We are using the Old Style OneWorld Tree menus for the taskexplorer.properties file.

Is there anyway to add a link to a menu to call a web page? Anyone done this?
