JAS menus disappearing

To all:

We are experiencing an intermittent issue where some users will get "trapped" when they go down into their menu structure. If they click on a program ad then exit the program, they are unable to go back up the menu structure. The menu they were on when they started the program beccomes their "primary" menu. In order to get their menu structure back, they must exit OneWorld and go back in.

Has anyone experienced this issue??

This is a relatively easy fix to try :

Under the Internet Explorer settings - click "Tools" "Internet Options" "Temporary Internet File Settings" and ensure that "Every Visit to the Page" is selected.

What happens is that Microsoft Internet Exploder seems to love cacheing the javascripted menus...!

This option, by the way, seems to fix a LOT of issues - all the way through to SP22 !
