Have you applied latest Planner ESU JE4185 and SP22?
Recently I have applied JE4185 and Update 1 on two of my installations. In one case the ES was Solaris with SP21 where it was smooth. But in another case where in my ES is on Win2K with SP22 I am having all sorts of issues.
